EQUIP3 offers technical assistance, training, networking, advocacy, and project design and implementation services that provide youth with opportunities to develop and improve their quality of life. EQUIP3 is designed to help USAID Missions understand and address youth issues in any given context.
Beginning with comprehensive youth assessments, EQUIP3 will analyze the needs and resources of youth and the policies which impact them and then make recommendations based on the findings. EQUIP3 can then assist with program design and implementation, creating programs to meet the goals of the Mission and needs of the youth. All programs are carefully monitored and evaluated in a manner developed to suit youth programs.
EQUIP3 created illustrative model program descriptions for specific youth interventions to help USAID missions to frame youth programs relevant to their specific countries.
