| EQUIP2/ Pakistan Higher Education Commission-Financial Aid Development (HEC-FAD)
Through this project, USAID/AED will provide technical assistance to strengthen the financial aid and fund-raising capacity of the HEC and its partner universities. This will be done by providing technical assistance over the next three years. The project aims to enhance the financial aid services of the HEC and higher education institutions, foster fund-raising and development efforts at both the national and institutional levels, and increase access to higher education through locally managed scholarships.
