| Areas of Expertise: Cross-Cutting Themes
In addition to Youth Livelihoods and Employment, Complementary Education, and Service-Learning, EQUIP3 also works in several cross-cutting areas. These topics, or themes, draw on multiple areas of expertise to address the needs and goals of youth. For example, our work in the area of youth and conflict includes education, livelihoods, and service-learning components. Similarly, youth participation is a central part of our approach to working with youth and plays an important role in all our projects.
