Picture of a child  in a classroom environment. EQUIP2: Educational Policy, Systems Development, and Management is an innovative program building educational quality at the national, sub-national, and cross-community levels by facilitating access to technical expertise and resources.

EQUIP2 addresses the systemic aspects of educational development essential to the sustainability, impact, and spread of reforms to the national scale. In order to help build organizational capacity, EQUIP2's recognized experts provide state-of-the-art knowledge and the most current research on policy formulation and implementation, systems development, management strengthening, data collection and utilization, organizational capacity building, and program strategy and design.

EQUIP2 implements projects that support Education for All (EFA) and the Fast Track Initiative (FTI), decentralization, community participation, complementary education, teacher training, learning outcomes measurement, Education Management Information Systems (EMIS), and school-to-work transition.
