Conference for Principals and Mid-Level Managers

This section includes material used by presenters in the Conference held by EXCELL on April 23, 2005 in San Salvador. It includes: a) keynote presentation; b) Pedagogical Innovation Projects (PIPs) conducted by rural school principals, c) institutional transformation projects conducted by mid-level managers in various Ministry of Education divisions, d) results of the Salvadoran Teacher Profile Study conducted in collaboration with Centro Alfa, FEPADE and FLACSO - El Salvador, and e) information about the inclusive education guidebook prepared with support from the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation and Fundación Pro Educación Especial (FUNPRES).
